Personal and Professional 

Background

I'm Olivia, a 20 year old simultaneous major in Marketing and Nutrition studying at the University of Texas at Austin.

                                                                                                                                                                                     

Within UT, I am a part of the McCombs School of Business and the College of Natural Sciences. Some prior work experience includes working in retail, providing childcare, interning under Chef Stephan Pyles, and creating nutritional assessments for various clientele. This past year I also began a self-employed Nutritional Assessment business. For each client I provide detailed instructions for nutrient requirements that specify age, gender, race, and level of physical activity. I am a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter at the University of Texas. Within Kappa Kappa Gamma, a national fraternity organization, I participate in the Public Relations committee. This committee entails planning holiday events for Alumni, contributing to the monthly newsletter, and meeting weekly for chapter. I am very familiar with reading, writing, and speaking French; I come from a family with a heavy background in the language. Additional skills that I have include working with Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. To learn more about my background, visit the following pages.
